It is being said that we in our life time we will spend approximately 17 years staring at our phones and that this is changing the way the brain functions, the way we perceive life, the way people now interact with one another and the way our children will live their lives.  Technology has changed the world and the Internet is causing more people to suffer with Psychological Problems than every before with more people becoming depressed and needing antidepressants.  Take time every day to turn off all Social Media and put your phone down.  Try and be present and enjoy new activities or hobbies that create new positive neural pathways such as painting, drawing, music, hiking, gardening, cooking.  Any activity that makes you feel happy is a healthier option than being stuck on a screen all day.
