Allow Gratitude to be part of your daily life, especially when you are feeling like your cup is empty and you have nothing to be happy about.  There is always something to be grateful for in our lives and we can at times due to hardships, challenges, pressure and stress forget this. A good practice is to start the day feeling grateful, this could be for a hot shower or a nice cup of tea, and then try and end the day on a grateful note too.  Try and focus on the things you are grateful for and feel your mind and brain becoming more compassionate and joyous.
