Christmas Season 2025

As we draw closer to Christmas and the end of another year, for some it will be a joyous time spent with Family and for others it will be a time of feeling lonely as they have lost contact with their family. Some things to practice and to remember at this time of year is that this is a time to celebrate our spirits, our ability to share a smile, kindness or a random act of kindness to others. Allow your spirit to rise, to soar, to be able to experience joy by practicing gratitude every morning. Awake with setting positive intentions and affirmations, look around you and list three things you are grateful for every day. This time of year, is heavily commercialised, but the true and real essence of Christmas is to celebrate ourselves and our spirits and our ability to give love to others. Praise yourself for what you have gotten through in 2025, or for what you have achieved this year, be kind and gentle to yourself and shower yourself with self-love so that your cup is half full or full to give love and kindness to others. The real gifts this year are not what you buy in a shop but the ability to feel peace, joy, and happiness and recognising that you are worth it no matter what is going on in your life.
