Breathing With Intentions

Nice to be back to write about how "breathwork with positive intentions" can be so liberating for all of us. Breath being one of the most important functions of life is vital to our emotional, mental, spiritual and physical wellbeing. Our breath is what activates our stress and relaxation responses. Focusing on your breath, observe is it steady, is it relaxed, is it conscious or is it tight, are you holding onto your breath because you may be stressed. Become aware of your intentions behind each breath whilst visualising a wonderful intention can bring such joy. When we breathe with positive intentions, we are manifesting more joy and hope into our lives, filling our spirits with creativity, and manifesting better mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health. Try breathing in good intentions and blowing out old unhelpful negative beliefs. In my meditation practice I teach client's this practice with wonderful results. Remember to breathe consciously with loving intention. Namaste.
