Service Description

Meditation and Breathwork Session will set beginners up to learn the fundamental components of meditation and how breathwork evokes the relaxation response. This session also includes a beautiful guided meditation to help you unwind and relax.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please advise me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you fail to attend an appointment or cancel within the given time frame, half of your payment will be forfeited. For cancellations made outside of the 24 hour period, the opportunity to reschedule your appointment will be provided however please note all booking payments are non-refundable.
